psp theme guide
a while ago sony seems to have released a guide on psp theme making
the original download for their tools and stuff is gone, but i found a reupload
that i've packaged below. it also came with some .doc files that i
dont trust for a second, but if you want them i've included them seperately as well
as copies that i converted to pdf so u dont gotta open the .doc
